“518 Estates, Derek and his crew are wonderful! We have just sold our long time home and downsized to an apartment. We met with Derek and he assured us that they would do a thorough clean out of whatever we didn’t want. The date was set and we were able to move in comfort and leave anything we weren’t taking for our sale. We did a final walk thru with Derek and were able to sit back and relax!

They came in prior to the sale date and set the entire house up for the sale. I mean entire! Basement, first floor living space, second floor bedrooms, garage, back porch, patio, and shed. They did an amazing job of displaying items using all of their own display tables/cases. They did all advertising including detailed photos. The day before the sale they distributed a printed flyer to each of the homes in our neighborhood telling people what was going to take place and listed the times of the sale. Our neighbors commented about how much they appreciated the notice.

The entire crew was professional, caring, and very respectful of our home. When the sale was concluded they left the house neat and clean. There was no damage to our home and they mingled through out the entire time and were very friendly and helpful to everyone who came. “We were looking for someone to hold an estate/barn sale for us, and after careful research we found Derek Ellis, owner of 518 Estates. After meeting with him, we found him to be personable and very willing to help us. He removed everything (a whole lot of stuff) from the big barn; itemized it and placed labels on everything. Afterwards, it was sorted and replaced into the barn for staging. When we looked at the barn before the sale, we were impressed with how organized everything looked. At the end of the 2nd day of the sale, we still had some things left, but it was very little compared to what we started out with.
If you are in need of an Estate Sale, I strongly recommend Derek/518 estates. In addition to being honest, he handles those attending the sale with respect, and is respectful of the items to be sold knowing that they have meaning to his client.
